  1. Y'all told me to post pics every now and then to show I am still alive so here you go.
We have a full summer planned so there will be many pics.

    1. I am glad you had a nice Father's Day, MDR. (Blogger still doesn't like me so a 'reply' under another comment is my only option. Sigh... won't even let me login to my blogspot anymore, hence the anonymous comment.)

  2. Wow I like your creek but that first picture is almost a replica of one spot on our lake (it used to be where a creek joined the lake before they dammed it and flooded it) except it is missing the red clay banks.
Phil and I don't have date nights. If we did we would likely end up fishing, lol. We don't like crowds-I get claustrophobic, Phil gets irritated. When we do go out we do have a good time but we don't go often.
So did you catch anything? I don't see fish photos...

    1. Everyone shows fish photos so I decided to leave those out this time and show the beauty of where we were at. Yes we caught a bunch.
As you can see in the date night picture, we are all the way in the back. The crowd is near the front. The concert was outside in the city park so it helped. I would not have gone if it was inside somewhere. I don't like crowds either.

  6. Hey, Deputy Dave reminds people, when he comes home without fish that it is called, "Fishing," not "Catching."

If he's been out "fishing" it's been a great scenic trip with a few fun bites or no bites at all, but still peaceful to get to the water.

You have so many beautiful shots!
