HH - It does me...Thank y'all for the comments.

HH - It does me too.

Stephen - That usually happens on the back nine. It is some of the funnest times out there with a bunch of redneck hillbillies playing golf. Even more so if there is a beer cart.

ATH - Well I did not know about all that. There was this big lady I knew years ago who lived down the road and her name was Bertha. We all called her "Big Birtha". She could stop a freight train just by looking at it. When I played football, after a good play someone yelled out that Big Birtha could not have stopped them any better. It stuck and they made me a t-shirt. "Big Birtha The Whopper Stopper"
I think I like yours better though.Modern Day Redneckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17682843961510053146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8176495290528788226.post-54362626738716250882011-08-26T13:45:11.760-05:002011-08-26T13:45:11.760-05:00That sounds like a good job. I presume "Big Bertha" as a nickname refers to the monstrous Krupp cannon the Germans used to shell Paris in WW1. If so, that's quite a compliment.Arsenius the Hermithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08849281122788247240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8176495290528788226.post-22690331031285062382011-08-26T10:48:02.311-05:002011-08-26T10:48:02.311-05:00Might be fun to take a shotgun, hit the ball, drop...Might be fun to take a shotgun, hit the ball, drop club, pick up shotgun and smack that ball with a load of number sixes before it hits the ground. Now, that's a game I'd play.Stephenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09752401490789789451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8176495290528788226.post-33636052831942165332011-08-25T21:35:30.368-05:002011-08-25T21:35:30.368-05:00Now that has amused me.Now that has amused me.Hilltop Homesteadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11851437447741063776noreply@blogger.com
